Rachel Jones-Wild - The Mindful Therapist
You're a therapist who cares deeply — not just about being effective, but about offering clients the very best tools for real change. Maybe you've sensed that mindfulness could support your work, but you're not sure where to start. Maybe you’ve tried to cultivate your own practice, but perfection keeps getting in the way.
The truth is: you don’t have to be perfectly mindful to bring mindfulness into the therapy room.
I’m Rachel Jones-Wild — therapist, clinical supervisor, and mindfulness teacher with over a decade of experience in counselling and 18 years of meditation teaching behind me. I help therapists like you bring mindfulness into your client work in a grounded, practical, and deeply human way.

I'm Rachel Jones-Wild — therapist, supervisor, mindfulness teacher, and realist.
I’ve been teaching meditation for 18 years, and working in counselling and supervision for over a decade. For a long time, I thought I had to be calmer, more sorted, and a bit more "zen" to teach mindfulness.
But over time, I realised: you don’t have to be endlessly present or radiate inner peace to share mindfulness with others. You don’t even have to give up coffee.
You just need to be willing to show up as you are — curious, human, and honest about the messiness. That’s more than enough.
Now, I support other therapists to bring mindfulness into their work in a way that’s real, useful, and pressure-free.
